About the Artist

Hello there!

My name is Jala and I've always had a passion for writing and art. I spent my early childhood drawing sonic characters and collecting every single sonic comic I could get my hands on. That love for reading, writing, and drawing stuck with me. In my middle school days, I was always creating stories with my sonic characters. (I still have them!) Drawing a scene each chapter throughout my books. As I got older, my love for writing and drawing became stronger. In 2022, I wanted to create my first ever book, I just didn't know how. I spent the entire year asking for advice, and doing SO MUCH RESEARCH! I felt insecure in my art, but I kept pushing forward.

In 2023, I finally published my first ever coloring book called "Love Myself Coloring Book!" I was so proud of how far I've come, from simply writing fun little stories of my characters to actually publishing my very own book for others to enjoy!

In 2024, I've grown even stronger, created timeless pieces for everyone to enjoy. I love my brand, I love my art, and I can't wait to see where 2025 will take KaleesEternity.  ⟡

When I'm not sketching or designing, you’ll find me sharing my journey on social media, connecting with like-minded creatives, or attending local markets to meet customers face-to-face.

 

How did I come up with KaleesEternity? 

I created KaleesEternity back in 2017 when I had just graduated high-school. I was always inspired by the stars, always daydreaming about my future. I created a small comic in my senior year of high-school called "Eternity" where my characters were stuck in space with lady universe herself. 

Eternity is timeless, endless, and that's how I feel towards my art, my craft, and my passions. I knew I wanted my brand to symbolize me in the best way, and I felt like this name symbolized that. It's more than just an illustration, its everything to me, and that's Kalees Eternity.  ⟡
